BJ’s Wholesale Club Student Discount Membership

As a college student you have enough costs to deal with on a limited budget so when buying food it often means getting whatever is cheap, think raman noodles and mac & cheese.  But one way to save is to buy in bulk at wholesale clubs like Costco, Sams an BJ’s.  Problem is that these clubs charge a yearly membership fee which would deter college students.  However, BJ’s Wholesale Club is offering a student discount on membership between now and January to any college student.  Just bring your college ID into the nearest BJ’s location and instead of $45 the annual membership is $35 and in addition you get a free $10 gift card for shopping, so essentially the total cost is $25 for membership with all the student discount incentives.  In addition to food BJ’s carries stuff like laptops, video games, DVDs, school supplies, bedding, rugs, health and beauty items.  For more information and details on this offer just check out the BJ’s news release here: http://www.bjs.com/about/news/content/item1,173.shtml

About Andrew

I'm a big believer in the importance of technology usage in education, but not just having blind faith in technology gadgets and using them in a school setting for the sake of it. I review and write about technology devices such as laptops and tablets that have a clear purpose and provide a learning advantage for students.
