It seems that my school’s email system has this site listed as a black list site they say I am qualified to receive a copy of office at a rduced price yet when I submit and wait then look for reply there is nothing there in my account that I may purchase my student version of office 2010. I hope this is not a site that is email farming/fishing. I will be very disapointed if I start getting things from this site that I didn,t ask for I will be very UPSET!
hey Joseph, sorry to hear you can’t get the site to send you the link to download via email. DigitalRiver is the company running this download of the Microsoft Student $79.99 edition of Office Pro, you can go to http://www.digitalriver.com to see the company homepage and find more about them. They’re definitely legit and it is not a spam site, you should check your spam folder to see if the email got stuck in there or maybe get in touch with DigitalRiver directly to see if they can manually send you the link to another email account.
Same thing here. I didn’t get the e-mail with the link to buy Office.
OK, you need to contact Microsoft from the digitalriver website and they’ll re send you the e-mail. Hope it helps!
great, glad it worked out Carol and thanks for that tip on getting the email if it doesn’t arrive first try.
I was able to do everything as described. I did have to wait a while for the email to show up in my school’s mail app, but it eventually showed up. Downloading the software now.
How long did you have to wait?
Is this purchase to New Zealand customer’s?
Hi, it’s U.S. and Canada only, sorry no NZ for this particular promotion!
