Jet Blue today announced that students and teachers that are ISIC members will be able score Jet Blue airline tickets for an 11% discount to regular customers. The discount works for any Jet Blue flight, including those to Mexico, and is unrestricted for travel dates. All you have to do is be an ISIC member (click here to sign up for an ISIC card via STA Travel), which costs $22 a year, and when booking at Jet Blue use a special discount code provided by ISIC along with your ISIC ID number to get the discount. Students in college or any full time teacher can get an ISIC card and take advantage of this discount.
Think about it, if you’re buying a round trip Jet Blue ticket for $500 and use the discount, that knocks $55 off the price of the ticket and more than pays back on the cost of the ISIC membership. In addition to this Jet Blue discount the ISIC card offers discounts at more than 33,000 locations in 103 countries. Available for $22 at MyISIC.com, example discounts include 10 percent off all online purchases at Target.com, 15 percent off the lowest available fare on Amtrak and up to 50 percent off airport parking with Park ‘n Fly.
