Sam’s Club Offering $15 Gift Card to Students with $40 Membership Sign-Up

If you’re in college and like to buy in bulk at Sam’s Club ($15 can buy you a lot of Hot Pockets there!) then now is the time to renew your membership or join up with Sam’s.  For any college student that presents a student ID and has a valid college e-mail address you’ll get a $15 gift card when you purchase a $40 membership to Sam’s.  You’ll also get a free add-on card so that you can share the membership with a roommate.  Meaning that if you and your roommate both want to shop at Sam’s Club you can just split the cost of the card and share it.

Sam’s Club is pushing the fact it’s a cheap place to buy dorm room furniture, food, appliances and electronics.  You can check out their back to school shopping area to see some of the examples of stuff they have to buy.

About Andrew

I'm a big believer in the importance of technology usage in education, but not just having blind faith in technology gadgets and using them in a school setting for the sake of it. I review and write about technology devices such as laptops and tablets that have a clear purpose and provide a learning advantage for students.
